Problems unrelated to Object Makers are an exception and may cause longer delays that are beyond our responsibilities. You will always be contacted if your shipment is deterred to us beyond our normal delivery time.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Object Makers, Lda is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address of orders made in our online store. If incorrect completion occurs, as a rule of the post office, the package will return to the sender, being necessary the payment of a new freight for the resubmission of the product.
Make sure there is someone at the address to receive your products. Our partners can make up to two attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, your package will return to the shipper and will need to pay for a new freight for the reshipment of the product.
